Simply browse our collection, add your desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept secure payments through PayPal or Venmo. All transactions on our website are processed in the US Dollar ($).

Q3. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if you change your mind, we provide a cancellation window of 24 Hours after your order is placed.

Shipping & Delivery

Q4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders.

Q5. Where do you ship your products?

Our target delivery region is exclusively the United States.

Q6. When will my order be shipped?

A: Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

Transit Time: Delivery usually takes 4–6 business days (Monday–Friday).

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (CT) will be processed the next business day.

Total Delivery Time: Typically 5–8 business days, including processing and shipping.

Q7. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, we do provide a tracking number for every dispatched order. We partner with trusted carrier services, specifically DHL Express and FedEx, to deliver your items securely.

Returns & Refunds

Q8. What is your return and exchange policy? 

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided they meet our return eligibility requirements. We also accept exchanges for eligible items.

Q9. Who is responsible for the return shipping costs?

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we provide a prepaid return label included in the package and cover the return shipping cost. For returns due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong size or color, or personal preference, customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment and covering the return shipping costs.

Q10. Do you charge any restocking fees?

No, we believe in straightforward pricing. There is a $0 Restocking Fee applied to returns.

Q11. How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and approve your returned item, our standard refund process time is 7 Business Days.
